IMGboot provides a free and paid image and photo hosting service. Users of this service may upload as many digital images as they wish (within the limits of their accounts) and can then let others view the images by letting them know the url of the image.

By accessing this website, uploading an image, or creating an account, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

You are authorized to sign up for and use 1 (one) account only. Any members suspected of creating more than 1 (one) account may have their accounts deleted and all images removed at any time.

All images are the copyright of their respective owners. You may not use any of the images on this site for any purpose without the permission of the copyright holder.

You must own the copyright, or have permission from the copyright holder for any images you upload to this website.

You must not upload any images containing material that is of adult nature, illegal, defamatory, promotes racism, hatred or discrimination.

This service is offered to those looking for personal image hosting. We will not tolerate any abuse such as distributing the hosted images to third parties using altered link codes. IMGboot image hosting is not fit for the hosting of images on extremely high traffic sites (ie. generate more than three hundred image requests at any given time). Excessive usage may result us in deleting images from our servers with no prior notice and, at our discretion, suspend or terminate your account. We ask you to show no more than two large images on the same page.

The free hosting service is only available to those whose usage is strictly of a non-commercial nature. Any commercial activity which involves the use of any of our services requires you to have a PREMIUM account.

Any images found to break our terms and conditions will be removed with no warning. Anyone who uploads an image that violates our terms may be banned from using this site and viewing images hosted here with no prior notice.

Our service is provided on an "as is, as available" basis. We give no warranty, expressed or implied, for the services provided, including, without limitation, warranty of merchantability and warranty of fitness for a particular purpose. This no warranty expressly includes any reimbursement for losses of income due to disruption of service by the provider or its providers beyond the fees paid by client to provider for services.

In the case of violation of our terms, we may share any and all information we hold on the user concerned with any interested 3rd parties.
